Kente fabric are mostly done with different colors – Multi Color. Before you order a kente, ensure that at least one of the colors in it perfectly matches with your skin tone irrespective of your desire color.

For example as dark in complexion but love hot pink, hot pink is perfect for fair skin tone. Therefore you can go ahead for a fabric with hot pink though,  but must be a mixture of color(s) that matches with your skin tone or neutral Colors.

Fabric contains colors perfect for all skin tones. Violet for Dark skin, Baby Pink for medium Skin and Hot Pink for fair skin tone.....

This means anyone can opt for this design and colors. 

Sample above has violet plain. We'll consider violet the most dominant color in the fabric. Therefore this option is best for a dark skin tone 

This is Vice Versa.

Note that, person with medium Skin Tone can opt for baby pink  plain to blend it

11. Dark Skin Tone: Emerald Green, Violet, Wine/Burgundy, Royal Blue, Lemon Green, burnt orange.

2. Medium Skin Tone : Light Blue, Turquoise Green, Light Peach, Lavender, Coral, Navy Blue, Baby Pink.

33. Fair Skin Tone : Yellow, Red, Hot Pink, Orange, Cream, Deep Peach.

 4. Neutral Color/ Complementary Colors : White, Gray, Gold, Coffee Brown, Khaki, black.
